Inspired by Josephine Baker’s iconic performance in ‘Zouzou,’ this design captures the feeling of liberation, magic, and unapologetic joy. It's about finding beauty and peace even amidst challenging landscapes, a sentiment deeply resonant within the Black and LGBTQ+ experience. The moon, a constant and comforting presence, shines down on a field of lush grass – a symbol of resilience, growth, and the enduring spirit of community. We envisioned this design as a celebration of Black femme power, queer joy, and the strength found in embracing your authentic self.
